I just strolled around Healthcare City trying you find out place to eat lunch at. And I happened to visit this cozy cafe. It was very pleasant cafe with clean interior with hospitable staff. I ordered chicken with spinach which was just amazing and was more than enough for volume!

I went for a quick lunch and it was great experience. I liked the staff hospitality and the knowledge they have on their menu. I loved the chicken in coffee sandwich and the avocado salad. The outdoor sitting is a big plus during winter. Thumbs up.

When i have an appointment in the mornings i ALWAYS dine here it’s delicious and healthy and the customer service is splendid

That was the most awful cake I have ever had, tasteless and not a good quality at all, I hoped the taste could be the same as how it’s look, but that was very disappointing for me having this awful experience for my first time trying this shop. Not recommended at all.I have ordered Mocha but it’s doesn’t related to Mocha by any chance, it’s tasteless really.They replaced it by cheese cake which is way better than the Mocha.

It was my 1st time to ordered a strawberry cheese cake in this outlet. Its so amazing and delicious.

French bakery Dhcc was awesome.Jana was the one who assisted me with full of smiles and enthusiasm.The food are all great.

The snicker cake is soooo delicious also the coffee is great with the perfect ambience of the place plus the staffs are so helpful and polite especially Janare, will definitely comeback soon.

We ordered a tiramisu and it had nothing to do with tiramisu. Tiramisu is usually made with lady fingers biscuits dipped in espresso and coated with mascarpone cheese. This was literally layers of sponge cake with icing cream in between the layers and some caramel sauce. I was very disappointed honestly. When I informed the waitor, he didn’t do anything about it. I’m never coming back here.

This dhcc branch is one of the best coffee shop in dubai. Aside from very helpful staffs, the place was clean . Everytime I go at night to relax , my stress go away. The coffee and cakes was my favorite at all.

It was so Sad today to walk into the DHCC branch and not found Mr Mourad. the branch manager..with his usual welcoming smile !!!! he is so professional ans so friendly and hard working. .Myself and doctors of Sulaiman Alhabib hospital which just cross street of the branch are so sad to see Mr Mourad go!!!! we want him to go back to this branch as soon as possible ...It is not the first time that a good hard woking staff to be dragged away from DHCC Branch??? the Higher management..of French bakery should discuss this with manager in charge ??!!!.. it is really a very strange and disappointed attitude??!!!!

We use to have our coffee everyday after work in DHCC branch. Everything is amazing and good. ( Hot drinks, desserts, and accommodating staffs ). Well cleaned and sanitized place. Loved it..🥰😉

Probably the best coffee in the area (infinitely better than the awful coffee they serve in Caribou around the corner). Their croissants are much fresher too.There is good seating outside.The service is friendly. It consists of Filipina servers buzzing around, and another man of an unknown nationality who is equally earnest.On the downside, the AC is very loud, and needlessly cold (but then again very loud and needlessly icy AC is pretty standard in the UAE anyway).The other problem is that this is easily the dirtiest cafe in Dubai. Even at 07.30 in the morning when you are the first to arrive, there are always crumbs and smears left on the tables. The seats are also kind of stained and warned. If you are really unlucky, the table will actually be sticky. So if you are looking for that authentic old school filthy Parisian feel, this is the place for you.

Very rude and unprofessional staff, I came at 7:25 am and they told me that they open at 7:30 then I waited in my car till 7:30 and went inside again but I was surprised when they other girl told me we open at 7:40 and when I explained her that the other guy said it opens at 7:30, she said Ok but you need to wait till the coffee gets ready after 10 minutes and the sandwiches will be ready after 8:00. I really dont understand if they were trained how to deal with people or if they knew what theyre doing. Very bad experience.

After long waiting for grilled Hallomi sandwich they brought it burned to me, feel shame of your service, dont you see its burned? How do you serve it to the customer this way? We paid for the food, and I left the food and the place very upset after I complained to them and no body even tried to come after me or to apologize, it was my mistake that I didnt photograph it.

This WAS one of the best bakery in town n BEST cake. i was the regular customer.but from the time they have changed the menu of the cakes, it taste very BAD.. I dont like the flavours of any cake any more..iam very disappointed it. i am not longer gonna buy cakes from here.

I am the owner of The House of Cakes Dubai and recently I noticed that they have stolen many of my photos and put as their own on their website which is unacceptable. I have asked to remove them but still struggling to make them take all of my photos down. This is lieing to their clients that they have done those cakes when actually they have not - they only have stolen the photos and deleted the background and put their WATERMARK?????? On someone else photos. I would not order my cake from such people, would you?

I go to The French Bakery every Friday in Jumeirah Park and the staff is adorable. food is good too and the place is great.Have made 2 birthday cakes with them and every time it was successful.They can do what ever you ask them. My 4yo daughter was so happy to have her Lilo & Stitch big cake for the party and the cup cakes for school.I have had bad customer experience with the team of the branch located in al Barsha mall, they need to improve and also they run out of viennoiserie very often either they deliver or at the bakery itself.I order my breakfast at work fro the Healthcare City branch and the staff is very pleasant too.My global experience with 3 different branches and the main one for the birthday cake is very satisfying.Although I totally agree they should not still the pictures from competitors to put them into their website. It belongs to the management to correct that if it is not done yet.
